Magnetic filter are usually made by steel stainless and rare earth magnet. It remove ferrous contaminants from the product steam in wide range of applications. Grate magnet are fitted in different sizes and shapes hoppers, vertical ducts, intake opening and bag loading or unloading points. Grate magnet are made up by same or different length magnetic bars through stainless steel plate. These bars are easily uninstalled and easy clean. Reasonable layout bars can make magnetic field to be very strong, and high efficiency remove fine or weakly magnetic contamination from free flowing granular products.
